Project Engineer

ERA RF Technologies, located at Teknopark Istanbul, develops domestic and national solutions in the fields of RF communication and defense technologies.

 

We are looking for an “Project Engineer” to join our Project Management team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the maintenance of project plans, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Monitoring progress against the plan, identifying potential risks or delays, and reporting these to the Project Manager.
  • Verifying customer purchase orders (POs) and ensuring their entry into the ERP system; tracking the full lifecycle of orders—including production, procurement, quality, delivery, shipment, and invoicing—within the system.
  • Coordinating with production, planning, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure adherence to customer commitments, delivery deadlines, and payment terms.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and regular reporting of data related to project actions, resource/workload planning, and operational records.
  • Contributing to the improvement of project management and operational processes, as well as initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Strong competence in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • No issues regarding commuting to the Istanbul Technopark (Pendik/Istanbul) location. 

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Internship or project experience in areas such as project management, production, planning, or operations during university studies,
  • Basic knowledge of MS Project or similar project planning tools,
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems,
  • Basic knowledge of production processes,
  • Interest in the defense, aerospace, electronics, or high-tech sectors,
  • Participation in training or certification programs in the field of project management.
